Shipping & Returns


We offer FREE delivery on all orders over £100.00. Packages are delivered via EMS (Global Express Mail Service),UPS and DHL.

We will always endeavour to process your order as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 14 working days for international deliveries.

Before we can send your order, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 48-hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched.

While we aim to ensure that all orders are received when expected, delivery to a remote destination is not always guaranteed to arrive within the specified shipping timeframe.

We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of delays to our international customers. However, we are not responsible for any custom clearance delays.

All prices on our website include VAT where applicable or any charges for the applicable sales tax in the country of delivery. Rates vary by country but our prices remain unchanged due to various supply chain factors.


We guarantee to refund unworn or unwashed items when you return it in sellable condition, with the original receipt and packaging, within 15 days of your purchase.

To make a request for a return, please login to your account and submit a return request for the item(s). Please do not send in item(s) until your request has been accepted.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returning products.
